The premier global street dance competition, Red Bull Dance Your Style, completed its 2022 U.S. circuit with the Red Bull Dance Your Style Atlanta Qualifier and crowned Leo Ra Soul as the regional winner on May 13th. The event brought together the region’s top street dancers in hip-hop, house, waacking, popping, krumping, locking, and more, following 16 rounds of electrifying 1:1 battles.

Leo Ra Soul has been dancing since he was four. His father was a dancer as well, so it ran in their family. He has been professionally trained in many different styles under many known names in the dance world. He is building a new fusion style called “Innerflow” from all the techniques he has learned, crafting his own style. This is his new beginning. He will compete in the U.S. Red Bull Dance Your Style National Finals. 

The U.S. competition circuit will close with the U.S. Red Bull Dance Your Style National Finals in New Orleans, spanning a full weekend from Saturday, May 21st through Sunday, May 22nd. By creating a platform for education, connection, and celebration, the weekend will offer a line-up of dance programming, including select events, workshops, and performances with scenes from across the country. The weekend will conclude with the final dance battle, giving regional winners a final shot at advancing onto the Red Bull Dance Your Style World Finals by battling wildcards, including Lily Frias, Nick Fury, Tyler D Creator, and Toyin.
