Reality star, Kim Kardashian has been slapped with a 40 million dollar class action lawsuit along with her older sister's ex-boyfriend, Scott Disick. Kim and her siblings have participated in "giveaways" that promised social media users luxurious prizes. They are now being accused of not awarding any of the giveaway prizes.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Kim and Scott created a lottery that offered winners prizes such as $100,000 and 2, first-class tickets to Los Angeles and a stay in Beverly Hills as well as a shopping spree. Kim and Scott allegedly created this lottery to with with an Australian company called "Curated" that is being sued as well for selling personal information to advertisers.
The suit is claiming that contestants from the lottery are getting harrassed by tons of advertisers trying to solicit them.
